A non-refundable deposit of £[X] is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due [X days] before the event or in cash on the day as agreed. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Travel within [X] miles of West London is included. Outside this, mileage/parking/transport will be added to your quote. A minimum booking may apply for early starts or peak dates.

Bridal trials are usually held at [location] and last around [X] hours. Please bring photos of your outfit, jewellery and any makeup inspo you love. Trials are charged separately and are non-refundable.

If you need to cancel or move your booking, please give at least [X] days’ notice. Deposits are non-refundable. In some cases, they may be transferred to a new date subject to availability. Same-day cancellations are charged in full.

Please ensure everyone arrives with a clean, makeup-free face and no active eye infections. Lashes are included where specified. A schedule will be agreed in advance so the morning runs smoothly and on time.

If you are unwell, please let me know as soon as possible. I maintain strict hygiene standards and reserve the right to refuse service where there is a risk to health or safety.
